I bought one of those fabulous oil bottle nametags how do I tell you what name and rank to put on it?

Once your order is submitted you'll immediately get a text AND an email with a link to a special form to submit what you'd like on line 1 and line 2. (Ok ALMOST immediately -the computer has to spit it out)

A friend bought an item and I want one too, but don’t know what it’s called!

Not a problem! If you can’t find it on our shop and your friend can’t send you a link, reach out to us with a description of the item and we’ll help you find it! Please keep in mind that the item you order will not be an exact replica of the item your friend received, as all materials have their own unique patterns that make our products so special. Please note we respect other company's intellectual property. and if it isn't our design we'll need to create a custom order for you and of course we'd be Just2Happy to help!

How long does it take to ship an order?

Standard orders usually leave our workshop within two business days and are shipped via USPS.

Custom Orders usually leave our workshop within 3 business and are shipped via USPS

Bulk Orders will leave our workshop per the time quoted at the time of order placement

I ordered two identical items. Why is the woodgrain on my items different?

No two trees are exactly the same therefore no two pieces will look exactly alike Your item is UNIQUE! Every order is inspected closely during packing because we want you to be Just2Happy! Please reach out to us directly with any concerns.
